Pop Impact

Pop Impact: we don't do performative

PadelPOP is built on community. So we are putting our money where our mouth is — in ways that are measurable, visible, and actually change a kid's future.

We don't promise big numbers. We report what we delivered.

What is Pop Impact?

Breaking Cycles. Building Futures.

Pop Impact is our social investment lane, run through Genesis Impact. We want to contribute to building independent, thriving adults who will lead South Africa's future — a rainbow generation equipped to break cycles of poverty and become the leaders we need.

By rejecting the band-aid approach of treating symptoms, and instead focusing on root causes, we believe we can contribute to building the strongest possible foundation.

We Chase Hope, Not Targets.

We don't want to just put a plaster on the wound — treating symptoms instead of causes where children receive meals but remain trapped in cycles of poverty, violence, and dependency. If you feed hungry people, you'll feed hungry people forever. That's not good enough. Not anymore.

Pop Impact wants to create lasting change because every child deserves more than survival — they deserve the opportunity to thrive.

It's focused on primary school kids because that's where confidence, consistency, and opportunity get built (or broken) — and where the most impact can be made.

How it Works

Brand-wide, always-on

Pop Impact supports a primary-school programme designed to build real independence — not quick fixes.

Quarterly reporting

We share what was funded, what was delivered, and what changed. Every quarter. No vague updates.

What We Fund

Pillar 01

Court-to-Class Pods

A term-based support pod that can include tutoring support, learning resources, and practical barriers removed — like transport where needed.

What we measure: attendance consistency, progression, and real skills growth (baseline vs end-of-term).

Pillar 02

Community Builders

Kids build something real — like a small veggie garden or community project — and learn responsibility, teamwork, and basic entrepreneurship.

What we measure: participation, project outputs, and skills milestones.

Pillar 03

Mentorship Moments

Because kids don't only need supplies — they need someone in their corner.

What we measure: sessions completed, goal tracking, and confidence check-ins.

Proof-First Promise

No performative giving. No vague we donated. Just receipts and results.
