Collection Option:
• Online orders can be collected from our Johannesburg branches at no additional charge.
• Only orders specified with a delivery option of Branch Collection will be dispatched for collection at the branch.
• All online orders are dispatched from our Johannesburg warehouse.
• Orders marked for collection at Johannesburg branch will be available for collection 1-2 working days from order confirmation. Turnaround time may be slower in Sales, Black Friday and Festive Season periods due to delivery delays, however our web team will notify you should this be the case.
• The web team will notify you when your online order is available for collection at your preferred branch.
Delivery Option:
• Online orders with a purchase total of R850 or more qualify for free delivery within South Africa, with select exclusions. Items excluded from this offer are Clearance items where a special fee may be charged depending on number of Clearance items in a Cart.
• Free delivery is provided through the use of our contracted couriers (standard delivery 72 – 96 hours) courier option or Postnet. Turnaround time may be slower in Black Friday and Festive Season periods due to high delivery demand, however our web team will notify you should this be the case.
• Only orders with a delivery address within the Republic of South Africa qualify for the Delivery Special.
• Online orders with a purchase total of less than R850 will be charged a delivery fee of R125 excl. VAT.
• Please contact websales@westernshoppe.com if you would like a quote on express courier delivery.
• Any returns in all cases will be for the purchaser’s account.

1 (one) Clearance item in Cart = R125 excl. VAT
2 (two) to 5 (five) Clearance items in Cart = R175 excl. VAT
6 (six) to 10 (ten) Clearance items in Cart = R225 excl. VAT
11 (eleven) or more Clearance items in Cart = R275 excl. VAT
General Delivery Information:
Delivery services are offered from our contracted couriers or Postnet. Courier deliveries are fulfilled to your door or Postnet parcels to your nearest Postnet branch.
Customers will received order updates and all couriered orders can be tracked online. Your item can be tracked through every stage up until delivery.
International deliveries vary from country to country but usually take no longer than 14 working days. Please note that international orders are subject to the destination country’s VAT and import duties. The purchaser is liable for these charges and PadelPop will not facilitate payment of any import related costs or duties.
Please note that all online orders are processed Monday to Friday between 8:30 and 16:00 (excluding public holidays). Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will therefore only be processed and despatched on the following working day.
Items are delivered in most main & regional areas 72 – 96 hours from dispatch. Rural and outlying areas may take an additional 72 hours before delivery as some of these areas are not serviced daily. Please note that this excludes public holidays and weekends.
Please also note that if products are ordered which are deemed as dangerous goods by the airlines (e.g. spray canisters and aerosols) it will not be able to be sent with airfreight and additional delays in delivery can be expected.
